We read every message ourselves and handle each situation personally — we'd rather take care of a real person than hide behind fine print. We'll walk you through the next steps from there.

Defects, misprints, or the wrong item: we'll take care of it, no runaround. Send a photo through our Contact page and we'll sort it out fast.

Please reach out first: everything is made to order, so before doing anything with your order, message us through our Contact page. That lets us find the quickest way to make it right for your situation.

Refunds: where a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

EU orders: if your order ships into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason.
